Chef de Partie required to work in our busy Dexters Smokehouse.
Hours 07.00 -15.00 ,Mondays to Fridays.
Candidates must have experience working in a similar environment and be able to work on their own initiative.
Duties will include preparing and serving Breakfast and Lunch.

Must be able to work on own initiative and cope well under pressure. The hotel's food sector is extremely busy, experience of working in a property with multiple functions would be advantageous.
