The 20 Metre Swimming Pool in Letterkenny is one of the largest in the northwest of Ireland, while you will find the latest fitness equipment in superb gymnasium.
Please note, children 18 years and under cannot use the Sauna, Steam Room or Jacuzzi for Health & Safety Reasons. For further information on this policy, visit www.swimireland.ie Children 12 years and under must have an adult in the pool with them at all times, children aged 13 - 16 must have an adult in the facility at all times.

Fitness Class Descriptions
Step & Strength
This session offers a well-rounded mix of step and strength exercises. You'll get the best of both worlds with this awesome interval workout. The class is designed in a ten minute increment, cardio sections of the class push fat burning stages followed by strength conditioning that will shape and tone body.
Aerobics & BLT (Bums, Legs & Tums)
The Aerobics will get your heart rate up and kick start your metabolism and the BLT does what it says on the tin, firms up thos stubborn body parts.
The original barbell work out! Ultilizes the barbell system and a step to train all muscle groups in a strength work out. This is high tempo weights class which will get you burning and give you a new challenge while melting fat and shaping the entire body. Designed to make men look atheletic and women toned.
This exciting workout will combine a number of different challenging and fun work outs, depending on participants and instructor it could be a combination of spin, BLT, step, pump, aerobics, cardio kick, boxercise, circuits, power stretch and core.
Spin & Gym
This 1 hour work out combines moderate to high intensity section on the bike followed by a functional strength training.
Coached Lane Swimming
This class will add variety to your swimming and give it a new lease of life whilst improving your fitness levels. The only prerequisite for this class is you must be able to swim two lengths of back stroke, breast stroke and front crawl. This is a fitness class not a swimming lesson.
