The Leisure Centre at the Mount Errigal Hotel hosts numerous classes to suit all ages and fitness levels.

Work to the rhythm of the music with this high energy class. This high powered class will work on your coordination and leave you feeling energized. Had a stressful day at work or with the kids at home? Well work off your tension in this fun energetic class. This class will work on your cardio respiratory systems (heart & lungs) and help bring your fitness levels up. Don’t forget aerobic exercise helps with the metabolism!
Always wanted to tone up and strengthen those stomach muscles? Tried all the exercise routines, done 100’s of sit ups, used the latest fad diet?? Well here’s the class to activate all the muscles in the stomach (abdominal), hips, lower back and upper legs. This 30 min class in conjunction with aerobic exercise will help shift the unwanted mid rift.
Fed up running on the treadmill all the time? Wanted to try running outside but been to nervous?? What would people think, how do I start? Where do I go? Well why not join the Mount Errigal meet & train running group. Meet other like minded people. Start with the group then run at your own pace. A great way to improve your fitness and build your confidence. All standards welcome in this non competitive group.
Been doing the same workout in the gym for the last number of weeks? Struggling with motivation and need to freshen up your workout then why not be put through your paces by our qualified instructors? A great way to improve your overall fitness, tone up and lose weight. We challenge you to join this class.
The master swim class will add variety to your swimming and give it a new lease of life. The only prerequisite for this class is you must be able to swim 2 lengths of back stroke, breast stroke and front crawl. This is a fitness class not a swimming lesson.
